NCOA - National Change of Address. All mailings are required to meet USPS Move Update standards designed to reduce the amount of Udeliverable as Addressed (UAA) mail. NCOA meets this requirement by capturing address changes on file with the USPS and updating the mail file. In addition a report is provided that allows for ubdating your database.
